As some popular items are often out of stock, first come, first served. If the purchase is unsuccessful or the product is out of stock, the store will notify the customer via WhatsApp/SMS/email, and the customer can choose to refund the purchase amount/exchange for other products/refund the amount of the out-of-stock product via FPS/Payme.
We do not offer cash on delivery. Once you place your order, we will ship the item the same day upon receiving full payment.
Since the delivery time will be affected by the customer's deposit and payment time, please deposit and pay as soon as possible after placing the order so that our store can pre-order the goods immediately!
In case of any dispute regarding the order, our store reserves the right of final decision♡

[Prepay] Yuen Long partner pick-up point:

$12 per order
[Pay in Advance] Alfred Pay in Advance / Free delivery fee for orders over HKD600*

Arrival time?
Commonly ordered products:
It takes about 7-14 working days to arrive in Hong Kong after the manufacturer ships the goods (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
The goods will be shipped as soon as they arrive at Hong Kong.
*Please note: Due to the recent pandemic and the high volume of cargo in Korea, delivery times may be delayed.
Our store cannot guarantee the arrival date of the goods, please consider this carefully before placing an order.
Spot in Hong Kong:
🚀 It takes about 0-3 working days to ship out after placing the order, and the fastest delivery is the next day ( SF cash on delivery only)!
Customized, limited edition and pre-order items:
🙇🏻♀️ It depends on the brand and manufacturer's delivery time, so we cannot guarantee the arrival date.
Please note: Delivery time may be delayed by 3 to 5 working days due to epidemic situation/holiday/extra customization time.
Our store does not accept urgent orders and does not accept cancellation of orders due to long waiting time. Please consider the delivery time yourself before placing an order.
Holiday delivery and arrival arrangements: (such as Mid-Autumn Festival and New Year long holidays, etc.)
Due to the surge in orders around the holidays, Korean manufacturers may delay shipments. If the holiday falls, delivery time may be extended to 14-25 business days. We will ship the goods as soon as they arrive in Hong Kong.
Will shipping be included?
Our store offers a variety of delivery methods, including self-collection at cooperative pick-up points, SF cash on delivery, Alfred prepayment, pick-up at cooperative pick-up points, etc.♡
If customers wish to waive the local first-weight delivery fee, they can choose to pick up their parcel at the cooperating pick-up point in Tin Shui Wai (first-weight delivery is free, additional weight is $1/1kg)
Or if you spend HKD600 or more, you can enjoy free delivery fee from Alfred smart locker/self-collection point*

Can I purchase products other than those on our website?
We can also purchase most other Korean products. Please DM / WTSAPP us for price quotes♡
Can I return or exchange the product?
Since our store is a purchasing agent, we do not offer any product returns or exchanges . We hope our customers will understand.
No refunds will be given for any products except those that are out of stock and cannot be restocked.
Some products have warranty service, but this store does not include it, so you need to handle it yourself!
If you have already placed an order for the product's style, color , size , or other related product options, and we have already placed the order, we cannot make any changes , returns , or exchanges!
Please note that we will not accept any exchange, refund or replacement for slight errors in product size , color difference , small stains , packaging , personal or human factors (such as damage/loss during international or local delivery ), but we will do our best to help customers find their packages.

Can you combine/split orders for shipment?
If there are both stock and ordered goods in the same order, they will be shipped together after all the goods are in stock !
If you need to combine orders , please note the order numbers you want to combine in the remarks column when submitting the second order .
If you wish to split the order/ship to different addresses, the shipping discount (if any) will be reduced and the shipping fee will be calculated on each order.
