Payment Methods
*If you pay by credit card , please select the (3.3%) handling fee at the checkout page <br>If the product is out of stock, the same amount of the out-of-stock product will be refunded via Payme/FPS or shopping credit , and the transaction fee will not be refunded
If you forget to select the handling fee, you can refund the handling fee via Payme/Fps/AlipayHK/OctopusApps <br>Order processing may be delayed due to customer’s failure to pay the handling fee, please pay attention!
ATM|Online Bank Transfer
Our store has HSBC and Bank of China accounts for customers to transfer funds:
1. When the customer selects bank transfer as the payment method, the account details can be viewed after submitting the order
2. Please make the transfer within 2 days after the order is placed, otherwise the website will automatically cancel the order and the customer will need to place a new order
3. As our store adopts the principle of first-come, first-served, the delivery time will be affected by the customer's deposit and payment time. Therefore, please deposit and pay as soon as possible after placing the order so that our store can pre-order the goods immediately!
4. After the customer completes the bank transfer, he/she can send the deposit proof to our store through the following channels:

PAYME
Our store has a PAYME account for customers to transfer money:
1. When the customer selects PayMe as the payment method, the PayCode can be viewed after submitting the order .

3. Please make the transfer within 2 days after the order is placed, otherwise the website will automatically cancel the order and the customer will need to place a new order

Our store has opened an Octopus Commercial Account for customers to pay with:
1. When the customer selects Octopus as the payment method, they will be able to view the QR Code or payment link after submitting the order .
2. Please use the Octopus app to scan/click the QR code for payment.
3. Enter the required amount on the payment page in the Octopus app.
4. Please take a screenshot after payment as proof!
5. Please make the transfer within 2 days after the order is placed, otherwise the website will automatically cancel the order and the customer will need to place a new order

ALIPAYHK|Alipay Hong Kong
Our store has an Alipay account for customers to transfer money:
1. When the customer chooses Alipay as the payment method, the QR Code will be displayed after submitting the order .
2. Please use Alipay App to scan the QR code to make payment.
3. Please enter the amount to be paid on the payment page in the Alipay App .
4. Please take a screenshot after payment as proof!
5. Please make the transfer within 2 days after the order is placed, otherwise the website will automatically cancel the order and the customer will need to place a new order

Credit Card|Credit/Debit Card
We accept payment by credit/debit card :
- Guests can choose to pay by credit card during check-out.
- Customers from Taiwan, Macau, and overseas please pay by credit card.
⚠️Please note before placing an order:
If you choose to pay by credit card/voucher (Tap&Go voucher and AlipayHK voucher [select "Credit Card and More Checkout Methods" (next to the AlipayHK Logo option)], please select the (3.3%) handling fee on the checkout page
